HERE’S WHAT YOU WILL NEED
About the process:
cayenne pineapple grated roughly
Water: 2 Litres
The yeast comes from the skin of the pineapples.
Chop and add to water in a clean container.
Cover and leave it to ferment for 4 days at room temperature.
After 4 days, bottle into pet bottles and watch for fizziness.
When it starts to make fizz, refrigerate.
Drink before it gets too carbonated.
Optional extras such as additional yeast and spices can be added.
